1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BoardLab Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

BoardLab Pro is a desktop application for PCB diagnostics that allows users to map measurements, connect SCPI instruments, load boardview files, and receive AI-powered diagnosis. The Software is provided by Z Electrónica UY ("the Company").

3. License

Upon purchase of a Pro subscription or use of the Free tier, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on compatible devices in accordance with these Terms.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

• Free: Limited feature set, available at no cost.
• Pro: Full feature set, available via paid subscription managed through Lemon Squeezy. Subscription terms (billing cycle, pricing) are displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Z Electrónica UY. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Measurement data and project files remain yours and are stored locally on your device unless you opt into cloud features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-powered diagnosis is provided as an aid and should not be the sole basis for repair decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z Electrónica UY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use Pro features ends, but Free tier access may continue.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
